RESERVATION

A deposit of minimum 25% of the tour cost is requested on confirmation and the balance not less than 20 days before the tour begins. The right is reserved to GREEN FINCH HOLIDAYS to not execute the tours if payment has not been received in accordance with the condition. If you are booking through any travel agent, you may make the payments through them and they will pay us on your behalf.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation should be informed to GREEN FINCH HOLIDAYS by email or fax well in advance.

Cancellation rules are as follows :-
If circumstances you cancel your tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation, notice of which must be given in writing, fax or email. The deposit may be refunded minus the charges for reservations that have been processed, cancellation fees imposed by hotels, lodges, transporters and any other relevant expenses. If a cancellation is received within 21 days of commencement of tour, cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost will be charged and a charge of 50% if the cancellation is made before 10 days of commencement and no refund in case of cancellations made within 7 days. Refund is excluding airline charges. In case of Air tickets refund is as per the issuing authorities (concerned airlines) terms & conditions, we cannot be held liable in this regard.

 

PRICES
All prices quoted in our tariff are subject to revise without prior notice. GREEN FINCH HOLIDAYS reserves the right to pass any increase in the rates caused by the changes in local, state or central taxes.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is your responsibility to hold valid travel documents such as Travel Insurance, Life Insurance, Mediclaim Insurance, passports & Visas. The cost for visa processing is not included in tour cost and you are requested to pay for that separately.


REFUND
Refunds (if any) for amendment and cancellation will be paid by cheque / draft direct to you by GREEN FINCH HOLIDAYS branch office / Travel Agents through whom you have forwarded the payment to us. It will take atleast 60 days to process refunds. All refunds will be made in INR as per R.B.I regulations. Refund request for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from the suppliers. The supplier reserves the right process and whether not to approve the refunds request and if necessary charge an administration fee. For packages, no refund is processed for partially utilized services and no-shows. There is no refund payable for any un-utilized services such as meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels etc.


RESPONSIBILITY
GREEN FINCH HOLIDAYS shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, injury, resulting from acts of god, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, act of Government authorities, war, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expense which the passenger may incur as the result of any forgoing causes and any other expenses of personal nature.
